The client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary account access when required.

Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.

4. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, once a project has been accepted and payment has been received, the agreed price will remain unchanged unless additional work is requested.

5. Payments

9. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Nayem Digital LLC follows industry best practices to improve website visibility.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • First-page Google rankings
  • Specific keyword rankings
  • Increased revenue
  • Specific traffic levels

Search engine rankings depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm updates and market competition.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers such as:
